- not included are: telephone costs, electricity (CHF 15.-/day), firewood, cleaning of the apartment, tourist tax (CHF 3.60 per day per adult), washing of linen and towels (these services can be arranged at CHF 48.-/h incl. VAT), final cleaning of the apartment.
